These are pictures of the upper and lower guides on a Harbor Freight 14" wood-cutting bandsaw, stock number T32208, ca. 2007.

Upper guide, with blade guard attached. The vertical black post is made from .750" diameter round stock. It has a milled flat about .3" wide. The hand-screw at top right, next to large bolt with stack of washers, holds the post at desired height.

Upper guide, with blade guard removed. The main casting of the guide assembly is 2.65" high. The two thumbscrews at left bottom of assembly hold the black rubber blocks in place. The right thumbscrew holds the casting that holds the rubber blocks.

Upper guide, viewed from front left. The bolts and thumbscrews have metric 6 x 1 thread.

Upper guide, viewed from back left, with blade guard attached. Bearing OD is 30.0 mm.

Lower guide. Blade width is 3/4" nominally. The hard-rubber guide blocks are about .5" square. Bearing OD is 30.0 mm. The hex shaft holding the bearing is .5" across.

Lower guide - view from slightly higher. The visible slot is about 1.7" long. The base of the bracket casting is about 2" front-to-back. The bracket casting is about 2" high. The right-hand trunnion of the table is visible at right.
